GETTING HEALTHY AT THE MW ENRICHMENT CENTER
The Margaret Winchester Enrichment Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired, Inc. is dedicated to inspiring healthy living for our program participants. In June we did a walkathon to get fit. We also had a visit from Roe Melnicove, National Marketing Director with the Juice Plus Company who did a presentation inspiring healthing living with One Simple Change. We learned about simple changes we can make every day to be healthier. Earlier this month Wayne Mesiano from Young Living Essential Oils & Aromatherapy did a talk on Aromatherapy and how we can diffuse natural oils to de-stress, feel better and promote wellness. We hope to continue this trend with our state of the art aerponic gardening in which we can grow fresh fruit and vegetables all year long.
